Have you ever felt that you have nothing to do during the day, then you just keep doing nothing? Have you ever noticed at the end of the day you archived nothing? Embarrassing, right?

I experienced that a lot lately in my life, I left my day passed without doing anything at all, especially during the weekend. While everyone is striving to get better day by day, I just let my day pass through peacefully.

Until one day I realized that I need to do something about it. I can’t let it ruins my life anymore. I started doing some research about how to prepare my day to day plan. So, I started my day to day plan from fitness to work.

Here is what I do:

List down the importants things needed to get done

I woke up at 6 AM in the morning, get a bottle of water, pen and my personal notebook. I list down everything and prioritize them one by one. Then I removed some of the unimportant things. The process is “Set up” — “Start” — “Cleaning”.

Create a blocking time todo-list

After have listd all the thing I have to do, I created a table called: blocking time todo-list. This list include two column time and the action you need to complete.

Let’s get our hands dirty

You have all the things you need now. What to do next is taking action. You do not have to start with a jiant step, just start with a small one. Start doing them based on their priority.

Review the list again

Alright, now you have started your plan. And at the end of the day we need to review our list daily in order to track our prgress. Tracking our progress can give us a small reward.

Here are some advises from the ADHD rewired podcast network(https://www.adhdrewired.com/adhd-rewired-podcast-network/), I found it is really useful for me and I hope you would too.
