In my recent articles, I have talked a lot about a habit, how important it is, how to build or form a new one, and how it can affect our lives. In this article, I will show you the absolute life-changer habit that most successful people do.

These three habits are absolutely simple and easy to do, but they require a commitment to stick to them. I would recommend starting them in a short period of time like one week or one month. It’s an experiment just to show you what has been changed after you commit to doing it for this period of time. Well, the 3 habits that we gonna talk about are:

Waking up early

Early risers tend to concentrate better and be more alert and energized throughout the day. They are more proactive and goal-oriented and also have strong problem-solving skills. Yes, the first benefit of waking up early is that you have more time for yourself and you could also get more things done. Starting from now on, remind yourself to wake up early. I personally wake up at 5 AM. First, start with the alarm clock after a few days or a week, try to make it without the alarm. Stick with it for a while you would see the result.

Wake up early everyday

Meditation

There are thousands of articles out there on the internet trying to show the benefits of meditation. Yet, not many people really do it. I would like to mention again in this article that meditation provides us with more benefits like increasing self-awareness, focusing more on the present, and increasing imagination and creativity. Moreover, it also helps us on dealing with diseases like stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep problem…etc. You can start small, but keep it steady. It does not have to be hours of meditation. You can start for 5minutes each day. Remember the 1% win each day?

Exercise

As you may know, exercise give us a lot of benefits. Something like controlling our weight, combating a health condition and diseases(stroke, anxiety, and depression…etc). Start from stretching to running for 5 minutes each day. As mentioned start slow, keep it steady, and stick with it.
