You never stop learning for sure, and yes you will keep learning as ever. Even you don’t go to school, you still have something from your society or books, especially. So, read something every day to exercise your brain.
Eat good food
Don’t just eat everything. Eat what helps your body and your brain. There could be many sources on the internet about what is good and what is bad for your health.
Plan your day, week, and month
