Most people think that changing themselves requires so much effort to do it. that is the reason self-transformation becomes so hard for most of them. They most likely prefer to stay in their comfort zone other than fighting for improvement.

I, myself, experienced the same thing when talking about changes. I once almost destroy my life by throwing myself into an unknown way. Yes, I work so hard at that time and I spend all the money chilling up with friends, drinkings, and going out almost every day. I always arrived home drunk and get myself slain every night. I did not care about my family even my health. I did this for almost one year until one day I realize that I need to do something about it or I will destroy my life.

I started reading books, articles and even find a mentor in order to get myself out of that zone. And now I successfully did it. Here is the reality about self-transformation.

In the Atomic Habits book by James Clear, he mentioned that we do not need so much effort to change ourselves or change our habits. It does through continuous improvement or we can call it a 1% win.

In the following graphs, you could see that if you keep improving yourself 1% a day in 365 days you could see that you improve 37.78, and the deposit as you can see 1% worse every day. So, start from now on you can list down all the things you need to improve every day. I believe that in once month, you would see the different.
