Productive can mean different things to different people and organizations. There could be different types of being productive like personal productivity or team productivity. Productive means that getting more done efficiently and less time-consuming.

There could be many tips to improve our productivity, but today I would mention 4 tips that completely help me to be more productive and get most of my jobs done. As it helped me, I hope it will somehow help you to archive more and get more done. Here are the following tips:

Increase the uninterrupted working hours

To work efficiently and get more done, I believe we all need long uninterrupted hours of working. It will help you to focus on the things that most matter to you and also things on your top priority list.

Process similar tasks at the same time

Do not try too many different things at the same time. Group similar tasks like answering the phone call, responding to the email, or face-to-face communication. They can be completed at the same time. For example:

  • Answering the phone call while responding to the e-mail
  • Talk to someone while you are on a phone call or you are replying to an email

Keep your working space clean
